The annual GAA golf classic kicks off tomorrow - Friday 11th of May

It promises to be a great day of golf in @fermoygolfclub 

We have got great support from local businesses and people which will greatly assist in funding our upcoming developments.

There are plenty of prizes on offer and the prizes will be presented at around 9pm in the golf clubhouse tomorrow for anyone looking to attend and catch up with people and for those confident of getting a prize

Club player Alan O'Connor is confident his team will win best dressed, Alan has been quoted as saying that even if Louis Vuitton put in a team that his team would still win best dressed

Former Goalkeeper and current goalkeeping coach for the senior hurlers Conor Quinn has put together a team he feels cannot be stopped. Conor said like every hurling forward that came up against him they all struggled to get past him and he thinks it will be the same in the golf classic tomorrow.

It is still not known if senior hurling selector and top chef Fergal Ryan will make an appearance at the golf classic, Fergals last appearance in a golf classic was two years when his playing partners asked him to bring a sandwedge and Fergal brought a BLT
